You're Invited!! The Barn Open House

We've been working really hard around The Farmhouse to get

The Barn, our little shack out back, pulled together.

(It actually used to be a horse tack room with only 2 walls,

so we've come a long way.)

We plan to use this space as the

Tin Roof Farmhouse studio which will house

some of our {VINTAGE RENTAL} collection.

We'll still use Farm to Table Catering's tasting room

as our showroom to meet clients, but

we'll open The Barn up once or twice a year to

highlight new inventory,

create styled vignettes,

showcase other local wedding vendors,

meet new vendors & brides-to-be

& chat about how

Tin Roof Farmhouse can help create

your unique vision for your

wedding, event, client or photoshoot.

Our first OPEN HOUSE will be on

Sunday May 31st, 2015

from

12-4pm

We'll keep you posted on the amazing vendors

that will be joining us, the fun giveaway we have planned

& sneak peeks of some of the new inventory

we'll be highlighting.

We hope you can make it up to Grass Valley

for an inspiring day at The Barn!

A sneak peak...Vineyard Soiree

What a lovely group of ladies I was able to work with last month

that created this gorgeous 30th Birthday Soiree.

It was a French-inspired gathering set at a beautiful vineyard.

I saw the space in person when I picked up all of

our vintage rentals at the Kelley & Young Winery. Their website

doesn't do the space justice…They're in the process

of building a barn that will be the tasting room & potentially a great space for more farm-to-table gatherings.

Here's a little snapshot I took of the winery in Alexander Valley as I was heading back home to the foothills. Just gorgeous!

I feel fortunate to be meeting so many super

creative, inspiring & fabulous ladies via Instagram. It surprises me what a cool community it has become.

One of these ladies is Claudine, of Cooking with Claudine.

She is the most adorable gal ever! And I'm thrilled that we connected initially via Instagram, but were able to connect (in the REAL world) on my trip to the Bay Area &

chat over a glass of wine.

Well she is one of the masterminds behind this gorgeous

Birthday Soiree for her girlfriends 30th birthday.

Luckily she brought me on board to help her create the

"French-inspired gathering on a Vineyard"

What an amazing sign & sentiment to start the party off!

The gorgeous table was designed & styled by Cooking with Claudine

& Melanie of Head Over Heals with Melanie. It includes our

Cut-glass & Hobnail Votive Holders & florals by MacKensey of Poppy Stone Design.

As well as our Kathryn Chair for Sarah's special spot

at the table. We're thrilled that it completed the

French-inspired theme perfectly.

And how gorgeous does everything look lit by our Votive Holders?
