Five Faves for Friday...Fabulous Headboards

I've been looking for two cool beds for

~ The Farmhouse ~

A Cal King for our master bedroom &

a Queen for our guest bedroom. 

I have pretty high standards for these beds. They need to be
solid, functional, yet super cool & on a crazy tight budget.

So...needless to say, I haven't found much. I've searched

Craigslist, friends hand-me-downs & outlet stores.
too expensive

too dark

poorly made

too bulky

& just plain boring...

So we've decided we're going to make our own headboards.
